Users agree to use the services provided by SnapMenu in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any use of the system for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

All content and materials provided through the Multi-Restaurant QR Digital Menu System, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the intellectual property of SnapMenu. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the system without explicit written consent.

We prioritize the security of user data. However, SnapMenu is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized access to user data due to factors beyond our control, such as third-party breaches or system vulnerabilities.

Pricing for premium services and any applicable fees will be clearly communicated. Users are responsible for any charges associated with their use of premium features. Payment information is handled securely, and SnapMenu does not store sensitive financial details.

SnapMenu reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any user at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms.

SnapMenu may update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Multi-Restaurant QR Digital Menu System after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
